In August of 2022 Officer Lunsford of the Las Cruces, NM Police Department responded to a shoplifting call that spiraled into an Officer involved shooting death of Presley Eze. After a shameful jury tampering performance of the corrupt DA Torres and associates, Officer Lunsford was convicted of manslaughter. Recently, a judge ruled that due to juror bias, Officer Lunsford is able to appeal the case and have a retrial.
